Party Planners Pre-Event Checklist

Party planning gets easier if you create a pre-party checklist of to do items.It can be hard and stressful to schedule and host an event.  At Party Launcherz, we want to make this easy to you to celebrate with your loved ones. 

1.      Go to Party Launcherz to research possible ideas

2.      Confirm Guest List

3.      Set a budget

4.      Set a location

5.      Set the date based on the location availability.

6.      Choose your theme or colors

7.      Find and reserve your vendors to use for food, entertainment, activities, rentals, park/location reservations and more.

8.      Send Invitation (at least 3 weeks prior to the event)

9.      1 week before- finalize total number of RSVPs and notify any changes to the vendors. Make any changes to the amount of food, party favors, drinks, rentals.
