4th of July Celebration

4th of July is one of summer's best celebrations. There are so many options for ways to celebrate- its hard to plan. Since the weather is beautiful in most places, many people host or attend BBQ.

Plan the Menu:

Most locals host an outdoor party with the Grill. Hambergers, steaks, hotdogs and veggie burgers are great ideas. For your vegitarian guests, you can pick up veggie burgers (in the frozen section) or use hearty vegtables such as portobello mushrooms or bell peppers instead. Most adults will each 1/4 to 1/3 pound of meat:  so 1 pound of ground beef= feeds 3-4 people. You can hire mobile taco catering company or BBQ company.

Side dishes- green salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, Chips & salsa, Guacamole, popcorn,

Deserts- brownies, smores, Flag cake, fruit, and more. Setting up a candy bar includes a mix of candy (sours, gummies, red vines, licorice, M&Ms )

Easy on the host Tip: Ask Guests to bring their favorite side dishes or deserts

Rent a mobile bartender for your "red cup club" or margarita/slushy machines

Plan the Activity:

Outside can bring many fun activties. If you have a pool, then you are already set with the fun. For others with access to a great backyard or front yard- then staging an actiity for kids makes everyone feel included.

Kids activity- Water balloon fights, rent a bounce house, rent a water slide, hire nerf games or laser tag company, rent a variety of lawn games, hire face painter, and of course don't forget the fireworks.
